Our design consultation meeting is an in home assessment that is perfect for the client that just needs a little help with ideas that they can implement for themselves.

This service includes:

A detailed questionnaire to pinpoint your style
Walk through of your home, typically 1-2 hours depending on sq. footage
Discussion of ideas and tips you can implement yourself
A customized e-document detailing everything that was discussed sent to you at the conclusion of the meeting.

ROOM REFRESH PACKAGE

Room refreshes are perfect to bring a new look and feel to an existing room with your current pieces that you already love.

This package centers around minor projects and includes:

Inspiration boards and suggestions for the room
Wall and window treatments
Lighting
Re-arranging existing furniture
Color palette recommendations

Prices starting at $500 per room

DESIGN PACKAGE

This package is ideal if you need a complete room design from start to finish.

This is the most comprehensive package that includes:

Mood boards and space planning with up to two edits on the boards
Furniture sourcing and ordering
Textile and fabric selections
Wall and window treatments
Lighting
Art and décor sourcing
Referrals to our network of tradesmen
3 hours of setup and last minute touches

NEW BUILD DESIGN

We help work with you in choosing all of the selections for your new home. Whether it is through a design center or directly through us we can assist in choosing cabinetry, flooring, countertops, lighting, paint, and hardware. Let us take away the daunting task of picking the perfect color palette for your home. This overwhelming task is a specialty of ours! For a flat fee we can guide you in your interior and/or exterior paint selections to ensure you will have a cohesive look.

We streamline the step-by-step process for you by assisting in obtaining permits and certifications, supply checklists, and welcome book creation. We also help with designing it and sourcing the furniture. We include all the special touches to ensure your guests give you 5 stars! This is a package deal that can be customized based on what you are looking for. We also can assist in non-local vacation rentals virtually.
